Education Qualification of JSSC Warder
Passed Matriculation or 10th Class from a recognized educational institution.
Age Limit (as on August 1, 2025)
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum:
Unreserved / EWS (Male): 25 years
EBC-I / BC-II (Male): 27 years
Unreserved / EWS / EBC / BC (Female): 28 years
SC / ST (Male & Female): 30 years
Relaxation for Home Guards, Ex-Servicemen, and others as per rules.

SC/ST (Male): 155 cm

Must be medically fit, no deformities like knock-knee, flat foot, color blindness.
Selection Process
Physical Efficiency Test (PET): 1600 meters race (6 min for Male, 10 min for Female) – Qualifying.
Written Exam:
Paper 1: Language (Hindi 80, English 40) – Qualifying (30% min).
Paper 2: Regional/Tribal Language – 100 MCQs, 3 marks each, -1 for wrong.
Paper 3: GK (General Studies 40, Jharkhand GK 50, Science 20, Maths 10) – 120 questions, 3 marks each, -1 for wrong.
Merit based on Paper 2 + 3.
Medical Examination.
Salary/Stipend
Pay Level-2: ₹19,900 – ₹63,200 (Initial ₹19,900 + allowances like DA, HRA, TA, NPS).
